Percentage calculator

How to use: pick what you want — a percentage of a number, what percentage one number is of another, or the percentage change between two numbers — then enter both numbers. Good to know: “20% off” and “20% of” are different questions; this tool does both, so check the mode before you calculate.

Enter both numbers.

Examples

  • 20% of 500 = 100
  • 50 is 25% of 200
  • From 80 to 100 is a 25% increase

Discount / sale price calculator

How to use: enter the original price and the discount %. Good to know: the result shows what you pay and how much you save. A “50% off, then 20% off” sale is not 70% off — the second discount applies to the already-reduced price.

Enter the price and discount %.

Examples

  • Rs 5,000 at 30% off → pay Rs 3,500, save Rs 1,500
  • Rs 2,000 at 50% off → pay Rs 1,000

BMI calculator

How to use: enter weight in kg and height in cm. How to read it: under 18.5 is underweight, 18.5–24.9 is healthy weight, 25–29.9 is overweight, 30 and above is obese. Important: BMI is a rough guide only, not a medical diagnosis — muscle, age, pregnancy and health conditions change what it means. If you are worried, ask a doctor.

Enter weight and height.

BMI ranges

  • Below 18.5 — Underweight
  • 18.5 – 24.9 — Healthy weight
  • 25 – 29.9 — Overweight
  • 30 and above — Obese

Age calculator

How to use: pick your date of birth. What you get: your age in years, months and days, plus the total number of days. Useful for forms, birthdays and school or job age checks.

Pick your date of birth.

Good to know

  • Age on forms is usually counted in completed years.
  • Leap years are included in the day count.

Loan EMI calculator

How to use: enter the loan amount, the annual interest rate % and the loan length in years. What you get: your monthly payment (EMI), the total you will pay, and how much of it is interest. Important: this is an estimate only, not financial advice — banks add processing fees and use their own rounding, so always confirm the real EMI with the bank before signing.

Enter amount, rate and years.

Good to know

  • A longer loan means a smaller monthly payment — but much more total interest.
  • Even 1% less interest can save a large amount over 5 years.

Tip & bill split calculator

How to use: enter the bill, the tip % and how many people are splitting it. What you get: the tip amount, the total bill and what each person pays. Useful at restaurants and for shared orders.

Enter the bill, tip % and people.

Examples

  • Bill 3,000, tip 10%, 4 people → each pays 825
  • Tip is usually 10–15% where tipping is expected.
